Most Spa Day experiences run three to six hours depending on the selected package. The Ultimate Unwind is our longest full-day option; shorter renewals offer condensed treatments. Arrival time and breaks are included in total duration.
Yes. We personalize each Spa Day with a pre-treatment consultation to tailor scrubs, wraps, massage techniques, and facial protocols to your preferences and contraindications. Upgrades and specific therapists can be requested subject to availability.
Absolutely. Many packages are available as couples experiences with dual treatment rooms and synchronized services. Please request a couples booking when reserving so we can allocate rooms and therapists, and arrange refreshment or private relaxation time.
Conditions like pregnancy, uncontrolled high blood pressure, recent surgery, severe circulatory disorders, or contagious skin issues may restrict certain treatments. Please disclose health history during booking so therapists can adapt services or recommend safer alternatives for your Spa Day.
